Now you'd better watch what you say about those doggies... just cause you and I haven't had the brightest ones in the bunch doesn't mean they aren't out there. ;-)
I hate it when people are on the phone when I am trying to get them ready to see the Dr. I have put people in a room and told them I'd come back when they were through. They usually hang up quickly.
