i like ['erms] and stuff . . .

The family convened in Calhoun last weekend for Ella and Evan's dedication at the Calhoun SDA Church. Grandpa Jack & Grandma Freda came and my parents and Grant drove over too. Ella told Joy that my parents didn't have to bring Grant because she had already seen him twice.

Lots of people came to the dedication - Joy & Bobby's neighbors, Bobby's parents, all of our side of the family, and other friends. The pastor gave the kids certificates and framed a text for each of them.

The pastor walked Ella and Evan around the whole church and said his arm was sore from carrying Evan that far. He's a heavy baby! This is the church Joy & Bobby got married in.

Back at the house, we had probably 40 people there for lunch. It was really good. I liked Elsa's potato salad! I felt hungry all day pretty much. My mom brought blueberry pie too . . . yum!



Jeremy, Alison, and Ethan showed up later Sabbath afternoon. We had fun playing around and taking pictures. Ethan wanted to see the pictures of himself on my camera.
Ethan: "Is dat me?!?"
Me: "Yes."
Ethan: "HA HA HA HA"

Evan loved the singing/burping frog. He laughed and laughed and laughed at it. I think he was trying to catch its tongue in this picture.




This is us laying on the floor getting ready for Grandpa Jack to have worship. Ethan thought it was funny to climb onto my knees and roll off the side and crash onto the floor.






Tiger Woods, larger than life? Ethan thought he was really playing this game. Grant was the one doing all the controlling of the game. What they don't know won't hurt them, right?



This kept all three of them busy for a long time. I'm not sure if they liked the golf game or the racing game better.
