Thanksgiving from a turkey's perspective
Ryan and I got to make the trek to Zephyrhills, FL with Randy and MJ for a family gathering at Grandma TJ & Coleman's place. Driving to Collegedale on Tuesday night cut 3 hours of travel time off the long trip.
What we really did . . . shopped the Black Friday sale papers. Only Randy and John got up early to take advantage of the sales.

Those on this side had to contend not only with the other teams, but with the sun!

Gotta have the glasses cocked just so . . .
I'm guessing by this picture that Tom (Roosenburg - MJ's cousin) didn't have a very good shot.
Sara and John discuss strategy
Friday afternoon we headed to Madeira Beach & John's Pass for a little shopping and to watch the sun go down. Jeff and John pose for a self-portrait.

see? oats!

Ryan and Randy played catch with the aerobie.

This great blue had fishing line hanging off/out of it. Gotta watch which fish you eat!

Wow - you are a Class A blogger! I just love your rendition of our Thanksgiving. I hope you get paid well cause you're the BEST blogger I know! You have such a gift for putting unique pictures together with catchy text to help us keep those precious memories fresh. Thanks, Carrie, for that gift you share with us, even when it means losing sleep, like tonight! It was worth getting up for.
Great pics Carrie! Especially of the heron. I don't think I have ever played shuffle board..... :) miss you!
